About Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a proven form of manual therapy that works with the joints, muscles, fascia and organs of the body to restore mobility and function and to reduce pain. Treatments are tailored to each individual patient and I can refer for X-rays and imaging and to consultants as needed.

More Than Just Muscles and Bones
Osteopaths are extensively trained not only in Anatomy and Physiology, but also Neurology, Embryology, Biomechanics and clinical diagnostic skills.
I have done much further study including breathing mechanics, pregnancy problems, mat pilates and chronic pain patterns.

A Holistic Approach to Osteopathy
Sometimes problems can be resolved fairly quickly and easily but sometimes it is more of a journey. And sometimes the goal is not a "cure" but maintaining the mobility and balance that you have. Communication is the key: communicating with your body to understand its current limitations and difficulties and communicating with you about realistic and achievable outcomes.
